sat.
adidas sundown. fun! with bingxin, ter and sueping =)
pictures on facebook.
one of the memorable things that happened -
while we were running halfway, sueping who was running behind me said, "huijun i think your butt is very nice."
its such a sueping thing to say. damn hilarious. you need to know sueping to find it damn hilarious.
lol and i was tired running 10km. by the 8km i had to keep repeating, "come on jun 10km is nothing you ran 42 km before you cant even run 10km now?!" in my head. it kinda worked. plus the fact that i have wonderful people running with me =)
sun.
breakfast at coffee bean. its really quite nice! the breakfast. but i dunno if it was worth the price. walked around vivo. not exactly aimlessly this time round =)
The few hours i spent with you are worth the hundreds of hours i spent without you. =)today.
lasalles degree grad show.
frankly, i found it rather disappointing. especially the masters works. and lasalle is supposed to be the top design school in singapore. maybe we were expecting too much. but i really expected a standard comparable to schools like goldsmiths or the other grad shows that we saw in london. afterall they are all degree shows. sighh. the future of singapore's art doesnt exactly seem very bright. anyway i met this art therapist and she told me that i could do psycho and then go on to do a masters in art therapy. maybe ill do just that =)
oh and i met huizhen. and her special friend. hahaha. tsk tsk.
oh and moe changed my teaching award to psychology. and the subjects that moe assigned me are psychology as my cs1, eng as cs2 and math as cs3. MATH. omgg. and i thought my affinity with math ended when i ended my a levels. wth i hate math! every single person who knows me relatively well knows that i hate math. wthh. i dunno if im taking it. my career path will probably be that of an educational psychologist on the specialist track, working at hq in future.
butbutbut
my dad analysed it for me. and it does seem like quite a good deal.
1. they pay for everything.
2. not everyone is accepted into pgde and im already accepted. its thus good to have an extra post grad diploma, even if its just for fun. hahaha.
3. if i want to do a masters in art therapy it is actually a very good chance to be working with youths and children first, have some experience.
4. teaching and working at hq as a psychologist will help my career as a future art therapist, so teaching is actually a boost to my career, instead of impinging my career.
5. the bond of 4 years including my post grad, is actually very short, compared to 50 years more of work, so its good to start off my career with a confirmed job at hand.
6. i can always keep writing in to change my cs2 and cs3 to art or music, since you only need a c grade in a level art or a grade 7 in music to teach art or music in sec schools, which i do have.
and finally he asked if i liked to teach, and i do.
plus if i suddenly dont feel like teaching, or doing educational psychology, hes willing to pay for me to break the bond, which i dont intend to (because moe will hate me forever and i will be blackmarked and the education sector is one sector that i am willing to work in haha)
oh and he asked me to think about marriage. (see thats the difference between dads analysis and mine. he REALLY thinks long term and about other factors. my long term is whether i will die taking math modules in uni. my short term is what i should do tmr) by the time i finish my bond, ill be 26. when i finish my masters, ill be 28. dad thinks that i should get married at 25/26 before i go for my masters cause he say girls shelf life very short by the time i come back im about to expire hahaha. (omggggggg that is 6 years from now)
that is a scary thought.
so.
i have around a month more to decide?
in the meantime,
i will attempt once again to switch my cs2s and 3s to art and/or music.
if all else fails,
i will pray like crazy that they make me teach eng and not math. haha.
