did gym today. was supposed to swim as well but there was inertia getting myself from the gym to the pool. and while doing gym, i started thinking of my canoeing days. crazyyyyyyy days. insane people. it was a cult.
we only ate from two stores. mixed veg and yongtaufoo. (i followed, MOST of the time =)
we ran at 650 every morning. 8-10 rounds.
if we ran 8 rounds over 16 min = FAIL. (thats 2 min per round mind you. i still remember i did 16.07. fail okay haha)
if we ran 2.4 in 12 plus min = *pat on the back* try harder next time okay. if we did it around 10 plus 11 thats the norm.
if we did 3 water trainings a week, that was "omg why you never come for training?!" haha.
if we did 4 water trainings a week, that was okay.
some people trained every day.
my record stood at 14 consecutive days, twice a day. cool right. i think most of the rest have longer records haha.
we rowed around 8-15 km every training.
one round around pulau ubin in 3 hours was considered a leisure row for us. (we took one day in obs remember haha)
we ran 42.195km. it was 106 rounds around the track. we nearly died from boredom.
our 10 crew ip girls beat the penang men's team. ahahahahaha.
i miss canoeing.
