nothing extremely interesting happened. other than the fact that satish, one of the nurture prog kids that i met coincidentally in sas said, "i wish for you to come this saturday (for nurture programme)". awwwwwwww.
oh oh.
and in the morn i was talking to the sec 5s. we were doing collage and while one of them was flipping through a magazine he saw fiona xie and started talking about whether she was hot or not and commenting on her bimboness. after that they started talking about her plastic surgery and her boobs. then one of them asked, "so _____, are you a boobs guy?" then _______ said, "no, i am a butts guy." like in front of me!!! haha. they were not doing anything wrong so i couldn say anything. they werent even scolding vulgarities or anything haha. then one of them said, "maam, i dont think you should be hearing any of this." and i told him, "i am pretending that i dont exist."
males. sigh.
friday.
today was a wonderful day =) although i only had one class.
i did a lot of marking in the morn until 12.
there was this class where i failed half the class. but there was another class where half the class got As.
i mean, how to fail art?! seriously. just research and do properly can get A already lor.
2B is the cutest class ever. now my favourite classes are 2n1 and 2B haha.
my supervisors name is ms chew. this is necessary information for the story to go on.
i was teaching them about photography and i asked,
"
in this classroom, where does the light come from?"they paused and thought for a while, then they said in chorus, "MS CHEW!"
so funny.
then i said, "okay okay. ms chew. other than ms chew? where else does the light come from?"
they paused and thought for a while, then they said in chorus again, "YOU!"
so funny! the whole class started laughing like crazy.
after that they were supposed to use the rule of thirds to draw any subject. i overheard one of them saying to another, "i DARE YOU to draw ms chew."
soooooooo cute right.
just imagine these boys growing up into sec 4s and 5s, the stage where they act cool, act tough, continually flick their fringe and pretend to be oh-so-nonchalent about everything. one of the school counselors told us that even though they act tough on the outside, they are like little puppies on the inside -when you speak to them you actually start to realise that they are sooooooo cute and nice. i totally agree =)
anyway, i went for floorball in nj today. met shufang and mer. told mer that i thought sas boys were wayyyyyyy cooler than nj guys and she agreed.
juniors looked okay. but i was quite horrified at their shooting. they were standing right in front of the goal and they can still miss.
anyway mer and i met mr ward the new teacher from new zealand and he asked to play a floorball game with us! hahaha. interesting teacher.
